M-Th 9:15 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 1:15 p.m., tours last about one hour.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Individuals can come any time, groups of ten or more must make reservations; groups of more than 70 people are not welcome.

Each tram has one wheelchair (there are two trams). GM provides wheelchairs.
There are ramps and the bathrooms are accessible to the handicapped.

Tours include papermaking, recycling operations, and forest management. Most tours take place in Wisconsin Rapids. The forest tour is in Monico, near Rhinelander. To order guidebooks for tours, visit the Request Materials area of this Web site.
